Founder & Baker of "Gluten Free Rings & Bake Co., LLC"

My name is Niloo Bidhendi, and for the past several years, I have worked as a gluten-free baker inside local donut shops, serving customers with celiac disease and gluten intolerance.

Through this work, I have heard countless heartbreaking stories:

• Parents unable to afford gluten-free food for their children.
• Individuals who lost their health due to lack of access to safe food.
• Families living in fear of cross-contamination at restaurants.

My own mother lives with gluten sensitivity, and I know how difficult – and lonely – eating safely can be.

I created the Gluten-Free Rings Food Bank because I believe every person deserves access to safe food and dignity. This is not just a project – it is my calling, my purpose, and the mission that life has placed in my hands.
